Equity Group CEO James Mwangi has joined the 20‑member South‑North Commission on Development, created by the German government to shape international development cooperation beyond 2030. He is one of only two business representatives and the sole African business leader on the panel, serving in a personal honorary capacity. Its first meeting is set for 16‑17 October in Bangkok.
